UN Secretary General leads UN call for action to end violence against women

In a statement marking International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women on November 25, UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon called upon “all governments to make good on their pledges to end all forms of violence against women and girls in all parts of the world”.
