Launch of the WHO Global TB Report 2013

On October 23, the World Health Organization launched their 2013 Global TB Report. Tuberculosis remains a major global health problem and is one of the top killers of women of reproductive age, with  410,000 women dying from TB in 2012 alone. Furthermore, an estimated 530,000 children became ill with TB in 2012. To learn more and read the full report click here.
