IAP External Evaluation Report, 2019

The evaluation of the UN Secretary-General’s Independent Accountability Panel (IAP) for Every Woman, Every Child, Every Adolescent was conducted 4 years into the panel’s implementation.  The evaluation was performed to assess the performance of the IAP in relation to its mandate and terms of reference within its context of function, including with and through key partners. The objectives were to evaluate the extent to which the IAP has met its objectives, its significance in the global health architecture, and the nature and breadth of support it received from Every Woman, Every Child, Every Adolescent (EWEC) partners.

The evaluation was managed by the independent Evaluation Office at UNFPA and conducted with an external expert.
